Tony took great care of my car, great local detail spot

My husband took my car to Orlando’s this past Thursday for a full detail. He dropped it off and picked it up around 6:00 PM, at which point it had started raining and they had placed the vehicle outside after supposedly completing the service. Because I didn’t go anywhere Friday, I didn’t inspect the vehicle until Saturday morning—and it was immediately obvious that the detailing was poorly done, if done at all. There were still blatant spots on the rearview mirror, the cupholder was dirty, visible dirt remained in my driver’s side floor mat, and the main reason I scheduled the detail—cleaning the winter salt residue from my carpet—was not properly addressed. There was still residue around the gas pedal, debris all over the steering wheel, dirt visible in the door hinges, and even after removing the rear floor mat, I found debris still in the carpet underneath. Nor did the vehicle appear to have been waxed. I returned to Orlando’s and showed the manager the condition of the car. His solution was for me to bring it back Monday so they could redo it. I declined—that is unacceptable for a $150 detailing service. It should have been done correctly the first time. I requested a refund

Over the past six months, I have consistently been impressed by the exceptional service provided by Orlando’s Auto Detail. The efficiency and quality of the car wash are truly remarkable. Cesar stands out as an exceptional detailer, meticulously attending to even the most minute specifications. As a result, each vehicle I have had cleaned leaves me with the impression that I have recently purchased a new vehicle.

Went to get my truck wash I told them especially i need my sets clean because I have a dog. Guess what that was the only thing they didn't do. For 30 dollar wash i think they should at least take 2 more minutes to vacuums it! This was yesterday
